Free spay and neuter services are at the heart of our work. By preventing unwanted litters, we help reduce abandonment, hunger and the number of dogs and cats born into lives without adequate care.
In some rural communities, limited access to affordable veterinary care means that traditional methods of castrating male dogs are still practiced without the benefit of modern surgical care. By bringing veterinarian-performed spay and neuter services directly to these communities at no cost, fixing hope provides families with a safe and humane alternative while helping prevent unwanted litters and unnecessary animal suffering.
Preventive Veterinary Care
Our community events provide essential veterinary care including vaccinations, deworming and basic medications—services that may otherwise be beyond the reach of many families.
Humane Education
Lasting change begins with understanding. We work with local communities to encourage responsible pet ownership, humane treatment of animals and the importance of spaying and neutering.
